It is the closest house to Hammonasset Beach State Park than any other in all of Madison... just walk across the street to the Greenway Trail which is a beautiful nature walk to the beach. Hammonasset Beach boasts 2 gorgeous miles of white sandy beach to relax, explore & enjoy!
The property has 2 separate rentable buildings, the main house and the carriage house. They are 50ft from each other and each has its own outdoor dining area and fire pit with seating. Your outdoor dining & firepit are not within view of the carriage apartment.

Summary: We have stayed in rental homes from the east coast to the west for vacations. By far this home was the most comfortable and cleanest we have rented and the owner was very accommodating. Thank you for a very comfortable stay.
