The farmhouse has 2 units though each unit offers its own privacy and separation with a large shared over 1 acre lot.

Please note this wonderful farmhouse does have two units side by side. However, the house is designed to place areas where people congregate at the far ends of the unit so privacy can be maintained as much as possible. Very large yard does provide for separate fire pit areas however is also a large shared space to enjoy.
Please respect the Farmhouse as you would your own home. Some basic rules and guidelines as follows:
1. No smoking/Vaping in the house. Any smoking please clean up any remnants, especially on the porch for fire safety reasons.
2. No Parties or events. Fun get togethers are fine, jus the respectful of neighbors or other guests.
3. Please respect check out times. Checkout is at 11.
4. Please keep reasonable noise levels past 11 PM.
5. No candles or open flames inside the house or on the porch. Fire pits are provided a good distance away from the house.
6. No unregistered guests. Keep to the number of guests you book with.
7. Keep eating and drinking downstairs and out of the bedrooms. Water is permitted in the bedrooms of course.
8. Only toilet paper in toilets. No wipes or any other type of hygiene products.
9. Furniture should be placed where it was upon your arrival.
10. Guests are responsible for lost or damaged items. Accidents happen but please report any damages.
11. Please place rinsed dishes in the dishwasher or at least have them rinsed in the sink. The cleaners work very hard.
12. No illegal substances or drugs in the house.
13. Please close all doors/windows and turn off all tv's/fireplaces.
