Very nicely appointed with a contemporary decor and a gourmet kitchen, it is perfect for a family getaway. Features include a 2 car garage, private hot tub and a gas fireplace. As of November 30, 2021 this home will only be available for 31+ day extended stays.
**A high speed Internet connection with wireless access is available at this property - however we can neither guarantee service nor trouble shoot any problems.**
We want you to enjoy your stay but please understand your property is located in a residential neighborhood. Please be aware that strict ordinances govern Lake Tahoe vacation rentals. Neighbors are sensitive to noise. Excessive noise or over-occupancy at any time of day could result in guest fine up to $2,000 (as well as any fines assessed against the homeowner). Failure to observe the NO PARTY policy will result in eviction. Absolutely no use of the hot tub after 10 PM per ordinance.
