This fabulous home has a modern kitchen with all new appliances. The living area is tasteful and spacious opening up to a large patio overlooking the pristine beaches of Costa Rica! Take in the amazing views of the famous Whales Tail while lounging in the 48 foot long infinity pool. This amazing house has top of the line Wolf appliances and a fully stocked kitchen. The master bath includes a Jacuzzi tub which is perfectly situated to take advantage of the beautiful views. This home also includes a recently remodeled Casita (guest house) located next to the main house. It includes a fully equipped kitchen, inside and outside sitting areas, bathroom and queen bed alcove. The house has a spectacular 180º view north and south along the Pacific coastline. The views include some of the most incredible features of the South Pacific coast of Costa Rica including the OSA peninsula (including the famous Corcovado National Park), Caño Island (some of the best snorkeling in the Costa Rica), Terraba River Delta, Tres Hermanas (three sisters rock formation), Isla de Ballena (Ballena rock formation) and the Whales Tale rock formation. Also, you can see the hills of Escaleras, and in the distance Manuel Antonio National Park. **This property is up a typical Costa Rican Road and you will need a true 4X4 vehicle**
