Our tranquil 3 bedroom, 2 bath modern beach houses' interior was intentionally updated to mimic the serene blue waters and sand outside. You can't help but feel on vacation once you enter. This beach home's open floor plan with panoramic views will never separated you from your family/guests . An entertainers dream. Kitchen has subzero fridge (w/ice maker), both a Keurig and traditional coffee maker, Ninja Blender, Instant Pot and even an Amazon Alexa to play your favorite tunes or help you cook. Our view kitchen should have everything a cook may need - If not, just ask us! Many quality thoughtful touches were added for you the guest; living room American Leather® comfort luxury King-sized sofa sleeper - isn't your average sleeper - you'll think you were sleeping on a real mattress! Master bedroom has full ocean views with private oceanfront patio access, so you can enjoy the patio as you wish without ever bothering other guests.

SUSTAINABILITY:
• PATIO IS A QUIET ZONE - all noise must be at normal levels, no loud music day or night. All noise MUST be brought inside by 9pm. This is a residential area of board walk with longterm renters/owners who are VERY noise sensitive. Please make sure this is the right fit for you and your group so there are no issues.
• AIR CONDITIONING is an add-on optional - We do charge an $18/ per night Air Conditioning Fee. Please let property manager know at least 48-hours in advance of your arrival if you would like A/C added to your reservation.
• This home is located in a high-density neighborhood and is suitable for quieter groups only. Our rental terms include a 24/7 no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties in which WE STRICTLY ENFORCE. The deposit can be withheld for violation of any of the terms and conditions, specifically the terms related to our noise and good neighbor policy.
• Guests are required to fill out a DocuSign rental lease agreement for all bookings along with a copy of government photo ID and Credit Card used to book on file / TheBeachRenter
• Minimum renting age is 25 year old
