If you are looking for something special, you will not be disappointed with us. A charming holiday home has been created from old building materials and a great deal of craftsmanship with attention to detail. The estate is in a wonderfully idyllic location in the small village of Welzin on a peninsula between Lake Usedom and the Szczecin Lagoon.
Here you can enjoy your holiday by the year-round heated pool, in the exclusive sauna, the balmy Usedom summer evenings in the pergola with open fire or, when it gets cooler, in the romantic conservatory. Or "cinema night" by the tiled stove in front of the 48-inch screen with Sonos soundbar, which you can also use to listen to your own music. 20 minutes by car will take you to the Baltic Sea beach with its endless sandy beaches and the seaside resorts with their beautiful old villas if it gets too quiet. For shopping, you can be in the tranquil town of Usedom in 5 minutes, or in the neighbouring village of Stolpe with its castle, a bakery for fresh bread rolls and a recommendable restaurant. Even closer is the former Ostklüne manor with its small marina. The "Ferien Gut Welzin", with its 180 m² of living space, three bedrooms and a living room with a sofa bed, can comfortably accommodate 8 adults. Theoretically, there are 12 sleeping places. But then it will probably be a bit cramped :) When building the house, we placed particular emphasis on using environmentally friendly materials. For example, all the interior walls are plastered with clay and painted with swamp lime paint. Underfloor heating is installed in the kitchen, hallway, living room and bathrooms. You will notice the cosy atmosphere. We also focussed on quality in the interior design. But see for yourself. You are very welcome! Included in the price are: Bed linen, towels, firewood, charcoal, final cleaning. Free Wifi is a matter of course.

In summer, of course, you can go swimming almost everywhere, as well as sailing, surfing, playing golf on two courses, hiking and cycling on wonderfully developed cycle paths. But even in autumn and winter, when it is quieter, the island has its own special charm. For those interested in culture, the "Benzer Musiksommer" (Benz Music Summer) with its high-calibre events and the "Usedom Music Festival", which is well-known beyond Usedom's borders, are particularly worth mentioning.
