Summary: Lovely apparment inside, very modern and well equipped. Outside at the rear could be tidied up a bit, and the residential road it is on, while not bad or dangerous in any way, is not as upmarket as you would expect for a property like this. It is the only property of its type and way better than any other property on the road. The owner Michel was a very kind and attentive man and went way beyond his duties in helping us resolve difficulties with the rental car. If you do stay, make sure you have a SMALL car, as the car parks in Annecy are largely the underground type seemingly designed to cause damage to cars!
