Positive: The location in Sea Pines was my favorite. It has a beautiful setting on the marsh. Very private at the end of a quiet street. 5 minutes from the South Beach Park. House is updated (other than some of the furniture) with a large common space on the ground floor. The pool and spa were very nice and clean. We paid to have them heated and glad that we did, even though we felt the upcharge was excessive. The staff was easy to reach and quick to respond.
Negative: In the kitchen, there were NO pantry items. No salt, pepper, or other basics. Not even a coffee filter. We had enough garbage bags, paper towels and toilet paper for about 2 days only. The hair conditioner was empty in all showers. The outdoor space needs more ground lighting and a light on the deck near the grill. We had an issue with the HVAC on the top floor, but the maintenance people were quick to respond the next day with a repair.
Summary: Beautiful and private location on the marsh.
