West Beach Lagoon 18 is a gorgeous, five bedrooms home that is just three rows from the beach and overlooks the lagoon and golf course. • Lagoon/Golf View – Sea Pines • 5 Bedrooms, 5.5 Bathrooms, Sleeps 12 • Square Feet: 5500 • 3 Living Areas • Private Pool/Spa (Pool and/or spa heat available for extra fee during September to November and March to May) • 1st Floor Bedding: King • Mid-Level Bedding: Two Twins with Trundles • 2nd Floor Bedding: Queen, Queen, King • 3rd Row from Beach • Propane Grill • Wireless Internet • Not a Dog Friendly Home This spacious home features two living rooms with large flat-screen TVs and access to a screened-in porch. A gourmet kitchen offers granite countertops, all stainless steel appliances and a conventional oven, with an adjacent formal dining room that seats ten. The bottom-floor master bedroom features a king bed and access to an attached office; it offers a large walk-in closet and master bathroom, with granite his-and-hers vanities and a jetted garden tub. A second master bedroom is on the second floor, with a king bed, seating area, private balcony and a private bathroom. Bedrooms three and four have a queen bed in each room (both on second floor); bedroom three has access to the pool area. Bedroom five has two twin beds (on mid-level). Each bedroom has a private full bath. Additional amenities include wireless internet, an outdoor stone grilling area, and full laundry room. (The garage is not for guest use.) The private pool and spa is able to be heated September through November and March through May for an additional cost and must be set up two weeks prior to arrival. Call office for additional details. Beach Access Information: Guests often access the beach via the Sea Pines Beach Club, which offers restaurants, a beach bar and restroom facilities. The Beach Club is free to use, but not accessible for our guests to park in the lot starting March 23 to Labor Day; you may still access the Club by bicycle or Trolley. An alternative beach parking option is Coligny Beach Park - located outside the back gate of Sea Pines. Coligny has restrooms, changing rooms and a fun splash pad for kids. Sea Pines is the largest and best known of the Island’s vacation destinations, this 5,000-acre resort includes the Harbour Town Links of the RBC Heritage fame, as well as Hilton Head’s iconic candy-striped lighthouse. Guided horseback rides with Lawton Stables Equestrian Center take guests into the 605-acre forest preserve, while the bustling marinas at South Beach and Harbour Town offer shopping, dolphin cruises, kayak rentals and sunset dinners. Sea Pines is bordered by both the Atlantic Ocean and the Calibogue Sound, providing miles of unspoiled beachfront access.
