Summary: Set amongst a beautiful native garden, this 5 bedroom home offers 2 separate living areas and outdoor decks, ideal for entertaining or spreading out with the kids. PLEASE NOTE: 2% surcharge applies for all credit card transactions. The Space: Only minutes from Ned Neales Lookout and an easy stroll to the tennis courts and shop, the house features floor to ceiling windows in the main living room, polished floor boards and a wood fired heater. Bedrooms 1 & 2 upstairs have queen size beds, bedroom 3 has a double bed. The upstairs kitchen is fully equipped and has a dishwasher, microwave, electric stove and fridge. The bathroom has a bath, walk in shower and vanity with a separate toilet. Bedding is provided but guests must bring their own linen and towels. Downstairs bedroom 1 is equipped with king size bunks and a single bed while bedroom 2 has a queen size bed. There is a second bathroom and toilet with a walk in shower as well as a separate laundry with a front loader washing machine. Downstairs there is also a second fridge. The downstairs area also has a second living area and sliding doors to the backyard. Pets are not permitted. NO PETS STRICTLY NO SCHOOLIES or BUCKS/HENS NIGHTS PLEASE NOTE: There is a strict NO PARTY policy. The house is located in a residential area and noise and public disturbances will not be tolerated. Guests will be asked to leave the premises without notice should noise or nuisance complaints be received or if the number of guests exceeds the number confirmed at time of booking. Guest Access: You have use of the entire house and yard. Guest access information will be provided the day of your arrival via email. This will include details on how to locate the property, where to locate the key safe, and the key safe combination to access the keys. The Neighborhood: Picturesque Sandy Point beach is a pleasant 3-minute walk away at Ned Neales with the patrolled beach 10 minutes’ walk from the house near the local milk bar. The Shallow Inlet, famous for wind surfing and fishing is a short 5-minute drive. Other Sandy Point recreation facilities suitable for children and families include the mini golf on the foreshore, the Surf Lifesaving Club, Children's Playgrounds, Tennis courts and a half basketball court. Numerous recreation and relaxation facilities are within reach such as golf courses, bush walks, fine restaurants and of course the South Gippsland's popular wineries and art galleries. Accessible to both Wilson's Promontory and South Gippsland the location makes it an easy drive to the popular Squeaky Beach, Waratah Bay, Inverloch and Port Franklin. Unless otherwise stated, you must bring your own linen, which includes towels, sheets, doona covers, pillowcases, face washers, beach towels, bathmats, and hand towels.
