18 on Main is an original ‘70s beach house with modern functionality nestled between the ocean and the pristine Wooli Wooli river right in the heart of Wooli. It is a beachfront property with beautiful views of the ocean from the open plan lounge/dining area or from sitting under the covered deck. Access to the beach is only metres away from the back of the house. The main bedroom boasts a queen bed, second bedroom has two king singles, and a third king single is situated on the upper level at the end of the open plan living area. On the lower level we have another queen and two single beds. You will also find the laundry on the lower level with another shower and a separate toilet. Once upstairs you have everything you require. Modern kitchen complete with large fridge/freezer and dishwasher, bathroom complete with separate shower and bath tub. Undercover parking is also available for the family car and it’s possible to fit two other moderate size cars in the front yard. There is an added bonus of a table tennis table and board games to have some fun. ** NO PARTIES ** Wooli is a close knit community and our neighbours enjoy the quiet serenity of the beach. Parties are not permitted in the house and we ask that you respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum. Wooli is a coastal paradise surrounded by marine national park and has plenty of outdoor activities for you to enjoy! Swimming, surfing, fishing, diving, coastal walks, whale / dolphin watching – Wooli has a lot to offer and there’s something for everyone. Wooli Dive Centre arranges dive tours to the Solitary Islands which you can see from the back deck of the house. There’s also the local Wooli River Boat Hire to take a cruise along the Wooli Wooli River in the Wooli Explorer or one of their runabouts. 18 on Main is in walking distance of the Wooli Bowls Club (7 mins walk), tennis courts and children’s playground (8 mins). The Wooli General Store and Petrol Station and the Wooli Hotel Motel are only a short drive from the house at the entrance to the town.
