Welcomed by a large hallway offering access to three large bedrooms all containing queen beds (one also has a cot) and ceiling fans
Large bathroom including full size bath and shower, separate toilet and vanity
Second living area including lounges, TV and DVD player and access to the rear yard
Undercover alfresco area including BBQ, outdoor table and chairs, lush green lawn and a great spot to relax
A second outdoor area including fire pit and outdoor chairs
Laundry including washing machine
Upstairs:
Large open plan living, dining and kitchen area which spans the length of the home, the views are stunning and can be appreciated from well-placed windows, whether it be cooking in the kitchen, enjoying a meal at the dining table or relaxing on the lounge
Kitchen is stunning with large Island bench and all appliances needed. Plenty of crockery and cutlery and well stocked with serving bowls, platters and anything else you can think of. The kitchen also includes a coffee machine (pods not supplied - uses standard Nespresso Pods)

The lounge area offers designer furnishings with two large lounges and arm chairs. The outlook of this room takes on the views all the way to the bluff at Encounter Bay. The living also features LCD TV and Foxtel.

A further two bedrooms are located upstairs, Master featuring queen bed, ceiling fan and full size walk in robe and en-suite this room also has stunning views of the coastline. The second bedroom upstairs also includes queen bed and ceiling fan
A third toilet and powder room is also located upstairs. High chair, Change table and Baby gate available for guest use.
The large upstairs area is serviced by split system heating and cooling
