Boogie Board Inn is a fun, family-friendly home that has been newly renovated from top to bottom. Our guests like being able to walk across the street to Bellview Park with its heated pool, park, tennis, and pickleball courts. It is a short 2 min. stroll to the beach, to the downtown shops, or to attend special community events. You will love all that this private, gated community has to offer including three pools, an 11-acre lake, and a bell tower at the center of the village. Its 35 bells announcing the quarter hour with seasonal melodies create a serenity that is hard to beat. One visit and you are hooked. Carillon is a special place.
Unlike Seaside, Rosemary Beach, Watercolor, Seacrest, Seagrove Beach, and many other communities along 30-A, Carillon Beach is a gated community south of Highway 98. With no busy roads to traverse, you and the kids are free to walk, ride bikes, and enjoy this secure, pedestrian-friendly, gulf-front village.
Boogie Board Inn is a two-story home that sleeps eight with bedrooms on both the main and 2nd levels. The "Inn" has a professionally decorated yet comfortable interior. The new open-concept gourmet kitchen and main living area are perfect for bringing the whole family together.
You will appreciate the attention to every detail. A custom-crafted lighthouse lights the way on the stairs to the second floor where you will find two master bedrooms(King and Queen-size beds), each with a private and spacious bathroom, vaulted ceilings, and original artwork. A third nautical theme bedroom (Queen-size bed) and private bath with tub round out the upstairs accommodations.
Downstairs is the fourth bedroom with a queen-size bed that overlooks a beautiful fountain and patio sitting area. This bedroom is perfect for the teenager who needs some space, the teleworker's conference calls or the grandparents who want the convenience of a main floor suite. All four bedrooms have Smart TVs with cable and streaming content access.
You will love the clean, crisp hardwood and tile floors, custom lighting, gourmet kitchen, designer furnishings, and local artwork! A 60" high-definition SmartTV in the living room is perfect for movie night or the big game. We offer wireless, high-speed internet. The large, relaxing porch and veranda have ceiling fans and audio speakers - the backyard patio includes a picturesque fountain and is the perfect spot for your morning coffee or evening cocktails. SONOS sound system allows easy streaming of personal playlists throughout the home and outdoor spaces. Boogie Board Inn is just seven houses from the #1 dune walkover. Resort-style lounge chairs and umbrellas are set up daily for your exclusive use. Back at the house, an outdoor shower with hot and cold faucets and a dressing room make the clean-up after the beach a breeze.
Guests also have the option of using the Carillon Beach Club which offers the convenience of a pool right on the beach. There is a third pool overlooking the beautiful Lake Carillon which provides a picturesque option. Bicycle rentals are available at the shops in downtown Carillon or bring your own. Golf cart rentals are available with your door drop-off and pick-up.
The Northwest Florida Beaches Intl. The airport offers low-cost fares with daily flights available on Southwest, Delta, and American Airlines. Boogie Board Inn is a short, 9 miles from this beautiful airport.
