The house has six bedrooms and five bathrooms, light and spacious living and dining spaces, fully equipped kitchen, indoor pool and games room and comfortably accommodates up to 12 persons. First floor: Five bedrooms including a large master suite with super king bed, en-suite and sitting area; a king bedroom with river view and en-suite shower room; one super king (can be converted to a twin) with river view; a double room; and a twin room.There is also a family bathroom and a shower room on this floor. Lower ground floor: A sixth en-suite double bedroom, accessed via its own entrance through a kitchenette and dining space - ideal for guests wanting a little more privacy. Living Spaces - The main hallway leads into an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area that opens out onto the south-facing terrace - perfect for outdoor dining in warmer months. There's a cosy snug with a wood-burning stove, a large dining table for 12, and a fully equipped kitchen with Everhot range, breakfast bar, and utility area with washer, dryer and extra fridge/freezer. Also on the ground floor is a peaceful drawing room with river views and an open fire, plus a separate TV room for lazy evenings or movie nights.Starlink WiFi is available throughout the house. Pool Room - The heated indoor pool opens up to the back terrace and measures 30ft by 15ft, with a depth of 4'9".There's a changing area, WC, and towels are provided.It's a tranquil space to unwind after a day of walking, exploring or wine tasting.
