We are located between Keystone’s River Golf Course and Lake Dillon and just 4 miles to the Keystone Ski Resort. Summit County's 80 mile bike path is right outside the door and we are also just a short hike to Keystone's Nordic center. Breckenridge, Arapahoe Basin, Loveland, and Copper Ski areas are all within a 20 minute drive, and Vail is just about 35 minutes away. All the fun of Lake Dillon, the Amphitheatre and the Silverthorne outlets stores are minutes away as well. Our home features 4 levels, with plenty of room for family gatherings and nice privacy with the bedrooms on different levels from the main living area. The kitchen, dining room and living room are all located in the main level of our home as well as the entry and a full bathroom. Our living area features comfortable leather furniture, a wood burning fireplace (starter firewood supplied) and large flat screen TV. Large floor to ceiling windows let in a ton of light and you can see out towards Lake Dillon with lake and mountain views. The ceiling features rustic beams that give you a cozy feel, coupled with comfy furniture and the fireplace, this room is a favorite gathering place for our guests. There is also a large deck off the living room which is great for grilling (we have a gas grill for your convenience) or just relaxing in the summer months. The kitchen is full equipped with all the essentials, including major appliances plus a microwave, toaster, dishwasher, and coffeemaker. We love the size of the kitchen, with plenty of space so you can cook for a crew! A separate dining area can easily accommodate 6 to 8. There are 3 large bedrooms upstairs. The first bedroom upstairs features a king size bed with wood burning fireplace and a private deck off the bedroom. This room accesses a full bath right next to the bedroom, with tub/shower combination (recently remodeled). The other bedroom on this floor features a queen size bed and accessed the same bath. Upstairs from these two bedrooms is a 3rd bedroom, which is set up as a family suite with a queen size bed and bunk beds (2 twins). This bedroom has an en-suite full bath, with french doors leading to a private deck. All three bedrooms upstairs have flat screen TVs. The 4th bedroom is located downstairs from the main living area and has a twin bed and flat screen. This bedroom accesses the full bathroom on the main level of the home. The lower level of the home also has a laundry room with washer and dryer for your convenience. We have one designated parking spot in front of the condo and another parking pass available (total of 2 cars allowed). OUR LOCATION – IT SIMPLY ROCKS! We are located near the Swan Mountain Road turn off to Breckenridge. Just outside your door is the paved multi-use path for biking, running, and blading. This path goes to Keystone, Dillon, Breckenridge and Frisco for your outdoor pleasure. The free Summit Stage has a bus stop nearby at the entry to the Summit Cove neighborhood. Just down the street, hop on the hiking/snowshoeing trails to get incredible views of the surrounding mountains, golf course, and Lake Dillon. You can hike or run for miles on trails behind the condo. For activities, we are located between Keystone’s River Golf Course and Lake Dillon and just 4 miles to the Keystone Ski Resort (Night Skiing!) We are also just a short hike to Keystone's Nordic center. Breckenridge, Arapahoe Basin, Loveland, and Copper are all within a 15 minute drive, and Vail is just about 30 minutes away.
