In the heart of the village of Rondehaye, delegated commune of St Sauveur Villages, the old presbytery from 1742 is now a comfortable gîte. With its 12 beds, it is perfect for family reunions. It has the charm of old houses and beautiful volumes available. A pleasant south-west terrace overlooks a large enclosed green space where children can relax without parental supervision! Possible walk along the stream below. (Bakery-pastry shop 200m away. Doctor, pharmacy, restaurant, takeaway meals, local market in St Sauveur Lendelin, 2Kms).
Independent house. On the ground floor: equipped kitchen (dishwasher, hood, piano oven, etc.), dining room with television, living room with television and small office, toilet. Passing through the exterior, access to a laundry room (washing machine and dryer). Upstairs: 2 bedrooms with 4 beds each (2 bunk beds and 2 single beds 90x190) and 2 bedrooms with double bed 140x190, 2 bathrooms and 2 separate toilets. WIFI available only on the ground floor. Baby equipment (travel cot, changing table with integrated bathtub, booster chair) Electric heating included. Sheets provided, towels provided. End of stay cleaning service included. Terrace with garden furniture, parasol and barbecue. Large private parking space in front of the cottage. Renovation work on the terrace side facade from the end of April 24 to the end of June 24.
