This luxurious house is located in Merimbula’s prestigious area and offers spectacular panoramic views over Merimbula Lake and the ocean.
The home features 4 bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms and open plan living, dining and kitchen areas with all the modern conveniences including a flat screen H.D. TV, oven, microwave and dishwasher. The lounge room opens up onto the large entertaining deck with a BBQ and its pristine views that just have to be seen.
The spacious bedrooms sleep 9 with the bedding configuration being Bedroom 1, Queen bed and ensuite, Bedroom 2, Queen bed and ensuite, Bedroom 3 has 2 single beds and bedroom 4 has a Queen bed and a single bed. The third bathroom has a separate bath and shower and the laundry has both washing and drying facilities.
Reverse cycle air conditioner in the lounge/family room and ceiling fans in all bedrooms.
Out the back is a paved courtyard that is the perfect setting for brunch. This home is suitable for 2 families. Situated only a short 5 minute walk from the centre of town and the lake, this home is the perfect home away from home, and is ready for your next holiday.
Important Note: You will need to provide sheets, towels, pillow cases and tea towels.

Summary: The house was great for 2 families and had enough room for everyone to have their own space. The house had everything including the extra bar fridge that came in very handy. There was enough parking for both cars and the view from the deck was amazing. We really enjoyed our stay.
