Energy-friendly cottage for 16 people with swimming pool, whirlpool, sauna and various activities located on 3,500 m2 large natural plot approx. 1,300 meters from the North Sea and with a short distance to Husby Klitplantage. The house's pool area has a 24 m2 swimming pool, slide, large whirlpool, sauna and a bathroom with shower. This fantastic cottage contains all the luxury and comfort needed to create a wonderful holiday. If you are two families who would like to go on holiday together, the house is very well furnished, as there are two separate sleeping areas, each with its own bathroom. In the large kitchen / living room and in the pool area there is plenty of space for cozy gatherings. The house is furnished with two separate sleeping areas, both with two double bedrooms and a bedroom with four berths and a bathroom with shower. All rooms have wooden floors and cupboards. In the middle of the house there is a large living room in open connection with the kitchen. In the living room there is a centrally located wood stove, dining area and sofa group. The cottage with a thatched roof is insulated according to the latest standards and is heated with geothermal heat, which provides a low energy consumption compared to older pool houses. There is underfloor heating throughout the house. Outside there are good terraces on both sides of the house with good shelter, where the sun can be enjoyed and the children can tumble on the large plot. There is a petanque court and football goal by the house.

Summary: Tolle Raumaufteilung, schoener Pool mittig vom Haus, Super Isoliert auch im Fruehjahr war es ohne viel Heizen sehr warm im Haus, großer TV und schnelles Internet. / / Aber: Das Haus ist umgeben von Bauschutt (das ganze Gebiet ist voll davon), für so viele Personen zu wenig Garderobe, der Flur ist ziemlich klein. Die Kueche ist viel zu klein, wenn man wirklich mal für alle Kochen will kaum möglich und der Backofen hat kaum Power. Die Grills sind total verrostet und nicht nutzbar (Antwort Dancenter: Ist normal, wegen der Witterung). Ebenfalls ist der Whirlpool nicht nutzbar, da kein Wasser aus dem Hahn kommt (Antwort von DanCenter: Da muesste irgendwo ein Eimer rumstehen, man soll Wasser aus dem großen Pool nehmen...) Die Steckdosen fielen Teilweise aus der Wand (wurde aber waehrend unseres Urlaubes behoben). Zwei von drei Klopapierhalten sind abgerissen. Leider haben unsere Vormieter es mit der Endreinigung nicht so genau genommen. Ein Problem mit Ameisen besteht auch, die Kueche war trotz vom Vermieter aufgestellen Ameisenfallen, voll von Ameisen. / Das Haus ist knapp drei Jahre alt und leider nicht sehr gepflegt, was sehr schade ist. Das Flair des Reetdaches ist eigentlich sehr angenehm.
