DO NOT RENT TO YOUTH GROUPS! Holiday home with swimming pool and whirlpool located in Skovgårde with sea views from the kitchen and living room. The house is a low energy cottage built in 2017. The house is built in the best materials with many exciting details. It is i.a. possible to sit in the sauna and look out on the swimming pool and whirlpool. The house has good facilities to relax well with well-appointed bedrooms with high sleeping comfort. At the same time, the house is equipped with an activity room where the children can frolic. The house is furnished with no less than five bedrooms as well as a loft that makes it suitable for the large family or two families who would like to vacation together. The house is therefore excellent, as a family house, as both bunks and loft are very child-friendly. The kitchen is absolutely well equipped, and when you sit and enjoy lunch or dinner, you can look out over the Kattegat. On the covered terrace you can enjoy the Danish summer weather and extend the evenings. The beach in Skovgårde is one of the best and is within 2 minutes walk from the house.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
