Popham Beach, one of the most beautiful beaches in coastal Maine, is a short 12.5-mile drive from the house, and Reid State Park is 22 miles away. Boothbay Harbor (31.3 miles) has great mini-golf, restaurants, schooner rides, whale watching, and shopping.
The main living space is located on the home's second level. It features a sunroom with a dining table perfect for evening games or family meals. There is a large dining room table with six chairs and an inviting living room with a smart TV and views of the water. The open-concept kitchen with stainless steel appliances is well-equipped for meals at home. Directly off the kitchen is a full bathroom with double sinks and a modern glass shower. The spiral staircase leads to the upper primary sleeping space with a spacious bed, closet space, and a lovely balcony with expansive views of the water.
