Beach locker at the Shipyard Beach Club stocked with beach chairs and sand toys. The Shipyard Beach Club offers a new deck and walkway, new restrooms and outdoor showers. Shipyard Golf Club has 3 beautiful 9 hole courses. The villa is stocked with a full kitchen, small appliances and linens. new Flatscreens TV in livingroom/cable/DVD/WiFi, TVs/Cable in each bedroom.
