La habitación cuenta con cama doble, zona de escritorio y armario. El apartamento cuenta con cocina completamente equipada y los tres baños serán compartidos por un máximo de 9 personas.

La ubicación es inmejorable en la zona de Chamberí, donde se encuentran edificios de gran importancia cultural y de ocio, y en frente de la parada de metro Islas Filipinas, línea 7 de Metro, que conecta directamente con el centro de Madrid. Además, cuenta con numerosas paradas de autobuses con excelentes conexiones por toda la ciudad.
