All year round, Peggy offers you a turnkey stay with beds made on arrival and bed, bath and pool linen provided! In the summer you can lounge in the sun by the pool. Les temps heureux is the small version of the Mas du vieux Marronnier (n°G208005). You can enjoy the Mas du vieux Marronnier without the dormitory. The farmhouse includes Peggy's home (West and North wings). Our gîte les temps heureux is located in the East wing. Arranged on 2 levels as follows: entrance is via 6 steps and opens onto the living room with fireplace overlooking the kitchen and living room, bedroom with queen size bed 160x200, shower room/wc. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (140x190) (140x190), shower room, separate wc. Outside: pleasant and authentic enclosed interior courtyard to fully enjoy the idyllic setting of the property, private swimming pool (dim 12x5m, depth 1.4 to 2m, open from April to September depending on the weather), laundry room/summer kitchen (22m²). Easy access to the main roads A7, N7, A49 and Valence-TGV (25min). You will share with Peggy, the parking lot, the enclosed courtyard, the porch and its gate but you will have an independent entrance.
