This 150m² apartment has been completely renovated, it is a modern and stylishly decorated space. The day area has a spacious and bright living room with integrated kitchen. It has been equipped with all the necessary appliances to cook from the day of arrival. From this space there is access to the balcony overlooking Carrer de Milans.
The night area has 3 bedrooms, 1 of them en-suite. In total the apartment has 2 complete bathrooms

Located in Milans street, in the Gothic quarter. This is one of the oldest neighborhoods and with more history to tell. Its hidden squares are still the favorite places to sit and enjoy some tapas and relax.
The apartment is located a few meters from Pg. de Colom and Port Vell, which has several leisure options by the sea; the Maremagnum shopping center located in the port of the dock and with an unbeatable view of it; and the famous Ramblas which are one of the main tourist landmarks of the city.
In addition, Plaza Sant Jaume and the Cathedral of Barcelona, with its lively little square, are located very close to the apartment.
