Positive: The apartment location was fantastic for us. Right on the beachfront, easy access to beach and cafe nearby and N2 motorway. Huge balcony, well equipped, clean and functional. Very comfortable and safe and quiet, good car parking.
Negative: No wifi signal in master bedroom and far end of apartment which could be easily fixed with a wifi extender. Instructions by property manager were to replace toilet paper at check-out. I have never encountered this requirement anywhere in the world which seems a bit ridiculous. Kitchen sink tap water doesn't get hot. There are many instructions/rules on the walls around the apartment which just makes it feel less welcoming.
Summary: Excellent stay, right on the beach front with beach access, beautiful views. safe and quiet.
