Summary: Condo is thoughtfully decorated, quaint and comfortable. Owners pride shows. Pros: Condo decor & interior is clean, kitchen well supplied, beds decent, water pressure is great. Nice view, Beach is clean, outdoor area is resort like, pools are nice, plenty of areas to relax. Cons: Parking garage is really tight/ limited. Balcony chairs/tables were not cleaned, wind whistles through the balcony door and bangs. When enjoying ocean sounds no screen to keep out bugs. No fault of the owners except we had no notice of construction in unit above us -there was very loud high pitch drilling that went on all day for days &1 day there was no water only found out because of a notice on the elevator.
