Each bedroom has its own Mini-Split to allow for personalized control of your heating and air conditioning, in addition to the ceiling fan in each room.

Our El Cajon home has 3 separate full bathrooms. The master bathroom is linked to the master bedroom. Another bathroom can be shared amongst the two queen bedrooms and enjoys a full shower and bathtub. The main bathroom off the kitchen also has a full shower allowing the bedroom by the pool to enjoy their own private bathroom and feel like an additional master bedroom.

With a fully-stocked kitchen and efficient appliances, cooking at home will be a breeze. The cabinets and drawers are stocked with all the cookware, dishware, and utensils you need. We even provide salt, pepper, cooking spray, and coffee.

As a guest, you will have access to the entire property, including the private backyard & pool and all garage and driveway parking. There are three parking spots available: two in the driveway and one in the garage.

Neighborhood is quiet, safe and family friendly. The beach is about a 10 minute walk or short drive. Close to major highways and public trolley transportation to get you anywhere in San Diego and more!
Public Trolley Transportation is 10 minute walk away. It is a convenient and cheap way to travel around San Diego. Ubers and Lyfts also service the area.

We have negotiated with BabyQuip to offer our guests a 10% discount to rent everything you'd need for your little one’s stay. ☀ The home has an exterior security camera above the front door entrance. It is not located inside the home and only monitors the exterior of the property. There is an approved decibel monitor on the ceiling of the game room. It only measures sound and not what anyone is saying. This is only to prevent large parties that would disturb the community. Both will be on during your stay.
☀We have an additional rental agreement that is required to be signed after booking your reservation. We also collect a copy of your government ID/license that is required by our insurance company to have on file. We reserve the right to cancel reservations if these requirements are not met within 24 hours of booking.
☀ We conduct additional guest screening outside of the booking platform. Booking your stay gives us as the manager and our 3rd party, SafelyStay, Inc to screen your identity and check criminal databases to confirm your reservation. Complete terms regarding guest screening can be found on their website. You will receive an email to complete your screening. Please check your spam inbox within 3 days of booking your stay if you have not received the email and contact us if you have any questions.

7) NO DOGS ON FURNITURE/BEDS AND PICKUP PET WASTE. $200 ADDITIONAL CLEANING FEE.
8) NO GLASS BOTTLES OR GLASS OF ANY KIND NEAR POOL.
9) $100 LATE CHECKOUT FEE FOR EVERY 30 MINUTES LATE PAST CHECKOUT
10) $200 REPLACEMENT FEE FOR TAKING ANY REMOTES/KEYS FROM THE PROPERTY. LEFTOVER ITEMS FROM GUEST CAN BE SHIPPED FOR $50 PROCESSING FEE PLUS SHIPPING.
11) MUST BE 25 YEARS AND OLDER TO BOOK.
12) NO SAND, DIRT AND/OR GRASS INSIDE POOL. USE HOSE TO WASH OFF FEET OR SHOWER PRIOR TO ENTERING POOL. POOL IS INSPECTED AFTER EACH GUEST AND IF IT REQUIRES ADDITIONAL CLEANING A $1000 FEE WILL RESULT.
13) A MINUT NOISE DECIBEL MONITOR IS LOCATED ON THE GAME ROOM CEILING. IF GUESTS ARE CREATING NOISE EQUIVALENT OR GREATER THAN 80 DB BETWEEN 10PM-10AM, WE WILL ASK YOU TO TURN DOWN THE NOISE TO APPROPRIATE LEVELS. IF NOISE LEVELS EQUAL TO OR GREATER THAN 80 DB PERSIST, HOST RESERVES RIGHT TO CANCEL RESERVATION WITH NO REFUND AND IMMEDIATE EVICTION. WE HAVE ONE SECURITY CAMERA LOCATED ON THE EXTERIOR OF THE FRONT DOOR GATE THAT FACES THE FRONT DOOR ENTRANCE. IT DOES NOT FACE INSIDE THE HOME. BOTH OF THESE WILL BE ON DURING YOUR STAY
14) GUEST AGREE TO PURCHASE TRAVEL INSURANCE TO PROTECT THEIR RESERVATION. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL E MADE TO THE CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY FOR UNFORESEEN EVENTS OR UNFORTUNATE CIRCUMSTANCES.
15) LEAVE POOL VACUUM IN POOL AT ALL TIMES. IF FOUND REMOVED FROM POOL, GUESTS WILL BE CHARGED A $200 FEE
16) NO SHIPPING OF ITEMS TO THE PROPERTY. YOU MAY SHIP TO LOCAL SHIPPING CENTERS FOR PICKUP ONLY. SHIPPED PACKAGES WILL BE RETURNED WITH $100 FEE
17) FYI on important maintenance schedules. Trash Pickup: trash vendor will come take out the trash night before on Sunday and bring back in night after on Monday ; Lawn Care: Sunday ; Pool Care: Tuesday.
Any violations of the house rules or any terms of this Agreement will be subject to termination by the Host, with no refund and minimum $500 fee.
*The Guest and any of their guests hereby indemnify and hold harmless the Host against any and all claims of personal injury or property damage or loss arising from the use of the Premises regardless of the nature of the accident, injury or loss. Guests agree to exercise caution when using the property and waive any and all liability claims against the host.
Guest give permission to the property manager to use a third-party to verify guest's identity and check criminal databases to confirm reservation.
