Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. This house has been nicely remodeled with a Shark Theme.
Three separate bedrooms as well as a spacious living room will make you feel most comfortable. The dining table in the living room can be even larger, if necessary, and give you the opportunity to have a hearty conversation during your meal.
The interior decorations provide a space for peaceful rest to fully recharge and enjoy communication with family and friends.
The house is conveniently located in relation to all infrastructure facilities - parks (a fantastic Emerson Point), Palmetto Marina, stores (Publix, Walmart, Aldi, Detwiler's are no more than 7 minutes by car), Ellenton Outlet malls, and so on.
You are short 25 min drive away from cities like St. Petersburg & Sarasota.
House has 2 separate entrances with keyless entry. Code will be provided prior to check-in

Nice and quiet. In south west Palmetto you are close to everything, meanwhile it is quiet and safe, without any loud noise or people driving through.
Car is a best way to get around. Rubber/Lyft is your next best alternative.
Access to the house is equipped with two ramps for comfortable stroller passage - see photos in the description. Please let me know in advance if they will be sufficient or if any additional support is needed.
