Summary: Great location - 10 mins walk to Queenstown. Super quiet for sleeping - awesome comfortable beds and pillows and fantastic BBQ. Loved the top deck at wine o'clock with the mountain views. No chance of being cold, with heated flooring, electric blankets, wall heaters and heat pump. Not that we needed it, with nicer weather. Easy to from start to finish.
