Featuring free Wi-Fi and a spacious decked entertaining area that is undercover and fully fenced, making this the perfect spot to relax and unwind. This space overlooks a large reserve, offering stunning views of the open paddocks stretching from the hills to the sea. The perfect spot for your pets and children to explore.
There are 3 bedrooms including 2 x Double and 2 x Singles to comfortably sleep 6 guests. Each bedroom contains ceiling fans and an electric heater. 1 bathroom to include a combined shower and bath, 2 x WC and 1 living area.
The kitchen comes fully equipped with a fridge, a microwave, and a dishwasher. A comfortable lounge area is adjacent to the kitchen with floor-to-ceiling sliding doors opening to the outdoor entertaining.
It is only a 5-minute drive to Normanville and to the Links Lady Bay Golf Course featuring fine dining for lunch or dinner. Another 10 minutes further south you will reach Wirrina Hotel and Golf Course, where you will likely share the course with kangaroos! Fishing and diving are also very popular in this area. There are also several local wineries boasting a broad selection of wines to taste, plus the popular Smiling Samoyed boutique brewery at nearby Myponga where you can also walk, fish or kayak around the reservoir.
