If you are a light sleeper, please let me know if you need ear plugs, or I can suggest a better room for you.- Do not park across from the neighbor's driveway entrance because it'd be difficult for them to back out and we want to keep everyone's car safe. There's a $50 fine for parking there every time.- To ensure safety, lock the entrance door every time after you come in and every time before you leave the house. There's a $50 fine every time you don't follow this rule.-Turn off the light in a room before leaving it to save energy.- Being drunk is forbidden. Anyone drunk is required to stay elsewhere.- Each visit to the bathroom is limited to 20 minutes maximum to ensure other guests can use it. If you have to stay in the bathroom for longer than that, do NOT book this listing. Book a hotel room or a listing that comes with a private bathroom instead.- Check and clean the bathroom and toilet every time after you use it to keep it as clean as the time you check in.- Eating in bed is forbidden.- Do NOT take away the room key, the polarized grounded adapter, or the ceiling fan/lig
