This beautifully presented lakefront home is in an outstanding location. Situated on the quiet side of Lake Daylesford, it is less than 50 paces from the rear garden to the edge of the lake. The house has panoramic views from the lounge, kitchen, dining and living rooms and is just minutes from local shops, cafes and Lake House. The house was architecturally designed to capture spectacular views across Lake Daylesford and Wombat Hill. 13a On The Lake is somewhere where you can relax and spend quality time with friends and family, and create lasting holiday memories. From the street the house appears to be a modest newly built weatherboard home; however as soon as you open the front door three levels of spacious living presents itself. With four bedrooms, two ensuite bathrooms, a main bathroom and two living areas, the house will comfortably accommodate up to eight guests. The hub of any house is the dining and lounge areas and 13a was designed with this in mind. Floor to ceiling glass sliding doors in the expansive open plan lounge, kitchen and dining areas capture a panoramic view of Lake Daylesford, Wombat Hill and the township beyond. There is also a second lounge area offering the same view, which can be closed off for privacy or study if required. With 14 metres of lake view deck and electronic awnings for shade, cosy corner seats for two, an outdoor setting for eight and a triple grill BBQ, relaxing outside is a delight at any time of the day. At night whether you are dining inside or out, enjoy the twinkling lights of Lake House and its villas across the lake as well as the homes on Wombat Hill in the distance. The house has ducted heating and cooling throughout which keeps you cool in the hotter months and cosy warm in winter. To add to the ambiance in winter, there is a gas log fire in the lounge. 13A On The Lake is a wonderful place to relax and unwind no matter what the season. The property has off street parking in the garage for two vehicles and a further two on the driveway. Children are welcome, however guests with young children, or guests with limited mobility should be aware we have internal stairs with 7 steps between the entry and middle levels, then 7 steps to the lower level.
