Our single-level 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is the perfect Moab getaway! It's conveniently located just 5 mins from downtown Moab. Its central location offers unparalleled access to all of the area amenities including Arches and Canyonlands National Park, 4x4 Trails, biking, hiking and more!
This fully modern, like-new home features a private hot tub, great outdoor living area, access to a community pool, and unbeatable views of Moab Rim! It's situated in a quiet residential neighborhood so you can avoid the noise and hustle and bustle of downtown.
The home has the perfect configuration for multiple families or groups. Prepare meals together in the spacious, fully equipped kitchen and dine with ample seating inside or outside on the large patio. Enjoy outstanding views throughout the home and especially from the patio. Relax and enjoy a cup of freshly ground local coffee (provided) or a cold beverage in the evening while taking in the views!
The gas firepit on the patio is a wonderful place to gather and share stories of the days' activities! Relax after a long day of adventure, toast some smores or soak in the private hot tub. The nearby community pool and hot tub (open seasonally) are also a great place to wind down and cool off after a day in the desert heat!
Bring your pups and let them play safely in the fully fenced backyard. There is also a grassy front lawn and sidewalks throughout the neighborhood to walk your furry family members!
The residence offers access to a two-car garage for parking and bike storage. In addition to the garage access there is plenty of parking in the driveway and along the street for trailers, etc. There's also a full size ping pong table and corn hole set located in the garage.
