Be prepared to be pampered because this beautiful home has anticipated your every expectation. Featuring four bedrooms and four full baths, 138 Grand Pavilion is perfectly located just off the Boardwalk of the Grand Pavilion, the heart of the Wild Dunes Community. When you walk out your front door, you'll have a big decision to make. Turn left and less than a hundred yards away is the beautiful Atlantic Ocean and a shell hunter's paradise beckons. Along the way, you can stop for lunch at the oceanfront cafe serving classic beach fare or pop into the Ice Cream Store for a cool treat. If shell hunting or body surfing is not your thing then you may want to rent a beach chair and read that book you've been trying to get to while enjoying a cocktail from the oceanfront bar. A nice float in one of the twin oceanfront pools as the sun goes down is another favorite activity in Grand Pavilion.
138 Grand Pavilion sets the standard for beach vacation comfort and fun. The kitchen comes fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and excellent cookware. Every room is beautifully decorated. All four bedrooms are here for your comfort, each with its’ own bathroom, fine linens, and comfortable bedding. Flat-screen TVs are featured in every bedroom. You will be very comfortable after a day of sun and fun. Finally, 138 Grand Pavilion is highlighted with two decks. Just off the living room is a spacious deck overlooking the north croquet lawn. It is the perfect spot for a morning coffee! On the top floor, a second deck is present with a commanding view of the Grand Pavilion.

Past the Inn, you will find the Village at Wild Dunes, which features a market if you're in the mood for a more casual meal or just want to stock up on supplies for a home-cooked meal. A few steps past The Village is where your family can rent a bike to take a spin around the island or simply walk along the tree-lined paths to explore. Either activity is an excellent way to burn off that chocolate soufflé from the dinner the night before.

- Beach chairs/toys are not included at this property. All reservations between 4-28 nights come with a $250 beach gear credit with VaykGear.com. Guests will be able to reserve gear after booking.
- From May-September, guests will need a pool card for Grand Pavilion pool access. (Not needed off-season.) The pools are open year round but are not heated.
- Unfortunately, pets and ESAs are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Fireplaces are not for guest use.
- Trailers and motorcycles are not allowed inside Wild Dunes.
- Guests have access to the Grand Pavilion pools closest to the beach, and to the cafes and restaurants at Wild Dunes. Any other amenities or recreation at Wild Dunes, including golf, tennis or the spa, must be booked separately.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.
This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
