Welcome to Nautical Beach House 1– just one home away from the beach and boardwalk in North Mission Beach. This nicely upgraded property was designed to provide a warm and welcoming place to experience a taste of San Diego beach living.
Hardwood flooring is paired with fresh color palettes and coastal-inspired décor, and indoor-outdoor living. The living room includes a leather sofa, loveseat, coffee table, and fireplace, as well as a large flatscreen television. Each bedroom is on its own level and comes with an en suite bath, and one of the top highlights of this home is a spacious ocean-view sun deck on the top floor with outdoor lounge seating and a dining table.
