Downstairs has a covered party area with extra seating, large dining table, party lights, gas grill, and a fridge located in the garage. A new huge private outdoor shower with H/C water has been added on the ground floor.The partially covered main level deck is a great place to relax and watch the sunset. This corner lot home has dedicated beach access and is just steps from the beach! Quiet residential neighborhood!

Summary: Communication with Jonathan was excellent. We throughly enjoyed the house, the proximity to the beach was great, just a short walk on a sidewalk. All the extras that were in the garage were very helpful. We brought a beach wagon but we ended up using the one in the garage, it pulled better in the sand with the larger wheels. All the bikes were great too since we had family staying 2 blocks down the street. The outdoor shower was perfect! Could the house use some updates, sure but that’s not why we were there. The house perfectly accommodated our family of 7. Thanks Jonathan 🙂
