Villa Dani is located in the splendid Tuscan countryside, a few km from Lucca. The property boasts a fenced garden with lawn, flowers, olive trees, and a lovely pergola with dining table and chairs, for alfresco meals.
The outdoor spaces are embellished with a private pool (10 x 5 m, depth 1.40 m), open from May to the end of October, and equipped with sunbeds, parasols, some changing rooms with showers, and a toilet.
Within the garden you will also find a ping pong table (ideal for the entertainment of adults and children) and a private chapel (accessible to guests).
Lastly there is a private parking for 4 cars and a barbecue, perfect for having tasty grills with friends.
The owners of the villa live in an apartment with independent entrance inside the property, and they are always available in case of need.
Internal Description
Villa Dani is divided into 3 apartments, each with its own independent entrance. Two apartments are internally connected to each other, while the third one is not. The entire property can accommodate up to 12 people, has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Internet Wifi is included. All windows are equipped with mosquito nets. 2 high chairs and 2 baby beds are available on request. Pets are not allowed.
Apartment 1 (37 m²): The first apartment is set entirely on the ground floor and consists of: a living room with double sofa bed, a kitchenette, a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom (with shower).
Apartment 2 (48 m²): The second apartment is spread over 2 levels (ground floor and mezzanine) and consists of: a living room with single bed, a kitchen, a bathroom with shower on the ground floor; a double bedroom on the mezzanine.
Apartment 3 (45 m²): The third apartment is spread over 2 levels (ground floor and mezzanine) and is made up of: a living room with double sofa bed, a kitchenette, a single passage-way bedroom, a bathroom with shower on the ground floor; a double bedroom on the mezzanine.
