The complex consists of four adjacent holiday homes, imbedded in a setting of meadows and forests and offers amazing views over the nearby mountains. The spacious 44 hectare property houses the holiday homes, as well as the ruins of an old manor home, developed by the Cathar people. It is located at the foothills of the Pyrenees, southwest of Carcassonne in the inland of the Languedoc-Roussillon.
The vicinity offers many beautiful options for day trips - during summer, as well as during the winter months. If you are a fan of nature, you will enjoy the numerous hiking, bicycling and mountain bike trails in the area. Motorbike tours, wild water rafting, skiing and extended bicycle trails - it is all here. Love to swim? Enjoy the clear waters and boat rental (11km) or the Mediterranean beaches within an hour's drive. Hungry for culture? Head to Mirepoix (20km) or Limoux (23km) for the carnival. The complex consists of one larger and three small holiday homes, each of which offers many amenities for a relaxing holiday. The houses can be rented individually or as a group. The first bedroom is furnished with two adjacent single beds for two people and the second bedroom can accommodate three people in three single beds. Since the rooms are quite spacious, you can arrange the beds to your liking and needs. Both bedrooms have adjacent bathrooms with two shower baths with a toilet, sink and shower stalls. At the centre of the apartment is the open spaced living, dining and kitchen area. There is a comfortable, high-end sofa and three leather armchairs. A satellite television is available for cosy evenings in front of the TV. In a large nook of the room, there is a dining room table, which offers plenty of room for all guests on comfortable dining chairs. Behind the nook is the kitchen unit with a long counter space and all necessary appliances, such as a stove, an oven, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with an 80 litre freezer compartment and small appliances, such as a toaster, a kettle, a microwave and a coffee maker. Wireless internet access is available for your use.
