With 4 + BR, 1 1/2 BA home is steps from the beach in the heart of Dewey Beach. Walk to the ocean, restaurants, shops, bars and watersports on the hop on the Jolly Trolley to the boardwalk in Rehoboth Beach. Home offers a deck, W/D, DW, Central Air, WiFi and wonderful outdoor shower. Note: MBR has a powder room only. Ring Doorbell by front door is disabled during rental season. No pets, however owner has had a dog in the property, No smoking please.
The Guest signing the agreement must be 25 years of age and must occupy the Property for the entire rental period. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals, (a group rental,) ALL Guests occupying the property must be 25 years of age.
Guests pay a $150 cleaning fee for all stays. Sheets/towels/paper products are not included, linens are available for rent.
Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards (subject to a 2.75% Convenience Fee). We also accept E-checks with no fees, as well as personal checks for final payments. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30-days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card (subject to a 2.75% Convenience Fee).
