Summary: I had a great stay at the 12th hole hideaway. The property was exactly like the photos. Everything clean and pleasing decor. My only issue was the $650 transfer fee for the amenities package. My stay was for a month and I had no intentions of using anything but the pool a couple of times a week for an hour at the most. HOA won't budge on that transfer fee so no matter if you stay 1 year or 1 month it's $650. I opted to forgo that option so thankfully I found a little pool with easy access a short walk from the condo. I do highly recommend this condo and would happily return!
