Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location within Shipyard. Unit was close to Shipmaster community pool and a short walk/bike ride to the beach. Coligny Beach area was easily accessible by bike or car.The unit was clean, well supplied and had plenty of space for 6 adults. It has been nicely updated and the new kitchen appliances along with the outdoor grill made it easy to cook and enjoy meals. The dining area seats 6 comfortably.While there is a large outdoor table, we did not use it because there is no patio area and the table and chairs sit (somewhat unevenly) in the dirt. With summer bugs we chose to avoid it. It would be great if there was a designated patio large enough to hold outdoor furniture. This however did not deter us from enjoying our stay.This is our second year renting a Host2Coast property. Upon arrival you will find a welcome note, goody bag, including a beach tote and beach towels are provided during your stay. What a nice touch to welcome you to your vacation house. Highly recommend this rental company. Thank you Host2Coast, we will be back next summer!
