We recommend renting a car since it’s the most practical way of getting around. We have plenty of free parking as well. If you’d like to use public transport, there is a bus stop (Jolley Trolley) right next to the rental.

Accidents happen—please notify us promptly if anything breaks so we can replace it before the next guest. Most cases are resolved without penalties when reported honestly.

Summary: I will say that we were quite disappointed in the shape of the place. The photos online don't represent the room. Updates are required.1. No outlet in the bathroom.2. Bath exhaust fan doesn't work3. Bath light fixture is rusty. 4. Doors have moisture rot at the bottom and are the cheap hollow core versions, with rusty hinges.5. No dresser to put clothes in, nor is there a place to set an open suitcase. We had to live off the floor.6. Paint was sloppy; didn't bother to avoid the doorknob and painted all over it.7. No shelves or hooks in the bathroom to set toiletries or towels. 8. Filter service light is on, and I suspect has been for quite a while.9. Worst off all, the air conditioner does nothing. Noticed not just by the fact that the room never cooled, but it isn't draining any condensate outside out of the pipe which means the compressor isnt functioning. It just runs and runs 24/7, with no effect. It was a sweaty 4 nights. Must be costing you a lot in electricity. I get it that it was the "Efficiency" level room. Just a bedroom and a bathroom, but it was sad.If I were to grade the place, I'd give it  2 out of 5 stars,  only because the grounds were nice and location was convenient to the beach and town.
