Nice separate room (as sublet) in a flat in central half-height location Stuttgart Mitte, 15 min walk to the main station, 10 min to the subway, 5 min bus stop, the room is furnished (went also without).
Rental price of 590, - includes heating, electricity, water and cable, Wifi and cleaning of the floor, kitchen and bathroom. Bathroom, kitchenette and balcony for shared use.
If you like we can do something together like going out or cooking.
If you prefer to be on your own that is ok and fine for me too.
Of course, if desired, own furniture can be brought and used additionally.
Rental period 12 months ideal, but possibly also 6 months possible.
Deposit for rent from 12 months 2 months rent 1100 euros

Schönes, ruhiges, separates Zimmer zur Untermiete in zentraler Halbhöhenlage von Stuttgart Mitt, 15 min Fußweg zum Hbf, 10 min zur U-Bahn und 5 min zur Bus Station. Der Raum ist möbliert. Eigenes Möbiliar kann mitgebracht werden.
Die Miete beträgt komplett 590 Euro. Das beinhaltet Heizung, Strom, Wasser, Kabel und Wifi, und wöchentliche Reinigung,.
Zur Mitbenutzung gibt es eine große Küche, Badezimmer und Toilette und einen kleinen Balkon und großen Flur.
Gerne kann man etwas zusammen unternehmen oder zusammen kochen.
Wer lieber für sich bleiben möchte ist auch vollkommen ok.
Ideal wäre eine Mietdauer von einem Jahr. In besonderen Fällen sind auch 6 Monate möglich.
Die Kaution liegt bei 2 Monatsmieten (1180 Euro) für meine Sicherheit und wird natürlich dann am Ende der Miete zurückgezahlt.
