In the master bedroom, you will find a double bed, which can easily be converted to 2 singles
In the second bedroom, there are 2 single beds , which can be converted into a king size double .
The third bedroom contains a double bed.
The small "box room" only has room for a single bed and drawer unit .

As a self-catering house, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a freezer and a microwave.

House Rules:
The reasons for these rules are to protect our property and furnishings etc and also to be respectful and considerate of my neighbours by helping to deter poor/antisocial behaviour and undesirable ,disrespectful guests .
We charge a security/behaviour refundable deposit of £325 (which will be refunded in full within 5 working days of your departure ).
"Parties" are completely forbidden.
Minimum age is 25 -unless a family booking which must include parent/s siblings etc .
Or staying for business reasons /contractors etc .
- Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- There is free parking on premises & parking facilities available at the property.
- Pets may be allowed at the property-but will need to contact i us prior to booking and fees are payable
- The maximum number of guests allowed in the property at any time must not exceed the number of people notified and paid for.
No loud music after 10.30 pm .
