Parhus i idylliskt barnvänligt område, 12 minuters promenad till Vega station. Stora delar av bostaden har renoverats (hidden).
Bostaden har en lättskött tomt på 287 kvadratmeter med två stora uteplatser på fram- och baksida där uteplatsen på framsidan har bästa solläge. På baksidan finns även en större tillgänglig gräsyta i direkt anslutning till tomten och på framsidan finns en innergård med lekpark och grillplats.
Det är gångavstånd till port 73, ICA Maxi, hemköp, gym, förskolor och skolor. Förutom att pendeltåget nås till fots på 12 min går det även direktbussar till Gullmarsplan och med bil tar man sig till Stockholm city på 25 minuter via Nynäsvägen (väg 73) .
