This fully renovated home sleeps 14 with 5-bedrooms and 5.5-bathrooms and is just 260 steps to the beach. You can't beat this location or the quietness of the private backyard!
As guests enter the home they are greeted by coastal interiors and new furniture throughout! The first level is the perfect space for entertaining large families with 2 separate living rooms. The first living room is just to the right of the main entrance with a smart TV, large sectional, and floor to ceiling windows. Off the living room, the dining room and kitchen are centrally located featuring a breakfast peninsula with bar stools. The second living room offers an additional space for guests to relax and watch TV and has a play area with toys for the kids! Just down the hall, a half bathroom is located. Bedroom 1 features a king-sized bed and ensuite with a tiled walk-in shower.
Heading up the stairs to level 2, a desk is in the loft area and is perfect for anyone looking to work remotely! Bedroom 2 features a king-sized bed and ensuite with a tiled walk-in shower. Bedroom 3 has 2 twin/double bunk beds and an ensuite with a shower/tub combo. This is the perfect room for the kids! Down the hall, bedroom 4 features a king-sized bed, private balcony and stunning ensuite with a soaking tub, walk-in shower, and double vanity sinks. Lastly, bedroom 5 features a king-sized bed and ensuite bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower.
You will truly feel like you are staying at a 5-star resort inside and outside! The backyard is surrounded by lush greenery providing added privacy during your stay. The private pool and spa get the perfect amount of sun and shade during the day. Down the side of the house, guests have access to the beach! When guests return from the beach, a private outdoor shower is conveniently located next to the beach path and car port to rinse any sand off.
