Ducted air-conditioning in the bedrooms. Ceiling fan on the terrace and in the dining room. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs. One double bedroom with double bed of 150 cm. Another bedroom with two single beds. One room with a bunk bed with an extra mattress in case three children want to stay in the same room. Ideal for 6 adults and three children, but there can be 8 adults. In the living-dining room there is a 150 cm Italian sofa-bed. A chair for a baby-child. Complete bathroom on the upper floor. From the bedrooms there is direct access to the terrace-solarium with views of the swimming pool. On the ground floor is the independent kitchen. With all the utensils, and a bathroom with shower. Television LG-50", connected to 2 satellites (Astra+hotbird). It has a covered terrace to eat outside the house. In the kitchen there is a ceramic hob with electric oven, new LG washing machine. New LG fridge freezer. Linx Dishwasher, Microwave, Toaster. Juicer. Nexpresso capsule coffee machine. With all kitchen utensils complete and more than necessary. In the street there is plenty of parking space. In the town of Miami Platja there are no parking meters. It is always free of charge in the whole town. At 250 metres there is a supermarket and pizzeria. Rotisserie, etc.
