Positive: Space and pool and good location - nice to have towels and shampoo etc….fridge and oven were good. Lovely views and not too far from the town. Felt friendly and safe and well equipped
Negative: Property is starting to look a bit tired. Grouting needs doing in bathrooms and some cupboards need repainting in areas. Kitchen and bathrooms need updating and too many books and music and too much stuff in kitchen which needs organising better - I only found plastic cups on last day as they were not with the other glass cups- did not like layout of locked cupboards in kitchen with blue stickers. Garden needs cutting back to appreciate views and could do with a tray for drinks and umbrella for shade by the pool. Please replace old sunloungers and fix door of master bedroom and door of master bathroom and toilet paper dispenser which works too quickly and paper comes out too quickly all over the floor. Company were easy to contact and friendly but I found payment was not always well organised and I had to explain I had already paid for holiday and taxi when I was asked to pay again. Taxi driver did not know the number of Villa when we arrived so we had to drive around to find it. A reference book of places to go and an inexpensive food pack of 50 or 60 euros would have been good as other companies do this. We were not asked to give cash deposit so we started spending it on meals out / we have some euros left over which we will now need to exchange at the bank. We would have liked to have had Netflix. Lots of ants and woodworm and the cat scarer of the neighbour was annoying. Please look at drawers in master bedroom / they have long nails on inside which can damage clothes. Nevertheless overall we were pleased with the villa
