The flat is located in a quiet and peaceful private housing condominium with good shopping and transportation connections (bus stop 200 m, metro station/shopping center "Lippulaiva" 450 m. Metro runs 15 min to Aalto University (Otaniemi campus) and Helsinki city center about 26 min, close to nature and 950m from the sea.
-Apartment size: 116 m², laundry- , drying- and bicycle room are just at downstairs, sauna- and gym room are at adjacent building, and BBQ fire place is in the yard (front of building).

-Condition: very good and very clean, tenants follow a "weekly cleaning schedule"
-Transportation: to Aalto University Otaniemi campus (15 min by metro), Helsinki city center (26 min by metro).
