Our gîte located in Ouzouer-sur-Loire, offers a privileged location between the Loire and the forest of Orléans.
The Maison forestière, located at the crossroads of the Resistance, a historic site of the Second World War. Visits and educational meetings are organized there. The Ravoir pond is a unique site which shelters on its banks the Ospreys nature reserve with its nests and its observatory. Ouzouer-sur-Loire offers walkers many walking, horse riding and cycling circuits as well as a fitness trail.
The cottage is only 200 m from a supermarket, 500 m from the Cosson pond, 3 km from Dampierre-en-Burly (castle), 7 km from an aquatic area (with aqua-fun beach, Splash pad and Pentaglis...), 10 km from Sully-sur-Loire and its castle, 15 km from Gien and its castle... House of 116 m² comprising on the ground floor: a living room with, dining room with a pellet stove, open fitted kitchen, separate toilet, a laundry room, a closed garage. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms each with 1 bed 180x200 cm, a bathroom, a shower room with toilet.
Pleasant garden of 800m² with relaxation lounge and freestanding 6-seater jacuzzi (outdoors in the garden from April to September and indoors in the laundry room from October to March).
Price includes: heating (15 Kwh included per day: the excess will be paid on site to the hosts), sheets provided and beds made on arrival, towels included. In addition, optional: End of stay cleaning at €60. Gîte not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
